The absence of coffee facilities in the room was frustrating, as I enjoy having coffee first thing in the morning. These little things impacted my experience, but the overall ambiance of the hotel was enjoyable and welcoming.

The staff here, they … they're very nice! Even provided us a cake for my mother's birthday, seriously, who does that? Plus, the food was just delicious. I mean, breakfast was a mix of Spanish and English that satisfied all of us.
